Kasey Claytor is the founder of The Phoenix Center for
Prosperity and Wellbeing, a center that breaks the
stereotypes of financial guidance, taking an all-encompassing
approach by adding a new dimension to a successful financial
and personal coaching entity. Kasey founded the center because
she wanted to create a place where people can come to learn,
heal, and find true prosperity.
With over twenty-five years of experience and success,
Kasey has mindfully developed a comprehensive approach to
financial advising. This approach has been very successful, but
she wanted more. She wanted to offer a more complete and
satisfying program for her clients. Thus, she has created the
Phoenix Center to provide resources for those seeking balance
in all areas of life.
For years Kasey has studied methods to enrich, enliven, and
bring balance to our lives. These same methods can help you
heal those areas of your life where you aren't experiencing
wellbeing; transforming you into your more expanded, true self,
bringing balance; so that all your life is expressed with an ease
that makes every day enjoyable. Kasey believes in your power to
grow in self-knowledge and awareness, making your desired
states and situations not only possible, but highly probable.
Kasey is also an accomplished speaker and author with two
financial titles, The 7 Big Mistakes Investors Make, The 7 Habits
of Successful Investors, and her third release, The 7 Laws of
Raising Financially Independent Kids. Throughout her
career Kasey has come to see the pitfalls of mixing emotions
with investment choices (such as when to buy or sell). The 7
Laws for Raising Financially independent Kids describes good
habits that can be developed from a very young age for

She has developed quite a coaching community all over the

Dawn Lopez, Administrative
Assistant
Dawn is expertly trained in all facets of a
financial services branch office. Her
career began in the early 1990’s when she
worked as a broker’s assistant in a major
brokerage office.
Since then, she has been trained in
everything from receptionist, office
manager, logistics, liaison to other
financial companies such as insurance and
mutual fund companies, order processing,
client services, bookkeeper, and those
many “other duties as assigned.”
Dawn has been part of Osprey Money
Management since it opened, and now is
an integral part of The Phoenix Center as
well, working with clients and providing
excellent support to Kasey and all our
projects. Dawn gives that extra special
caring that is palpable, and all in our
"tribe" can feel it.
Dawn resides in Titusville with her
husband and two sons.

Jana Dieter, Editor At Large
Jana has been part of Osprey Money
Management since 2004, working closely

Jana resides in Portland, Oregon with her
husband.
Jana has been part of Osprey Money

Wendy joined us in 2009 as our schedule

essential part of our team. She adds a
depth of caring in everything she does.
